These are the contents of the current fortnight's boxes. When ordering, please bear in mind that the contents of your box do not depend on the date of your order but on the date of delivery. Occasionally we have to make adjustments but publicise them as soon as we can. The item weights quoted are average weight, the total box weight is a minimum weight. Please note that in the event of an unforseen shortage of items we reserve the right to make a suitable substitution - in the event of this happening we hope that this does not cause disappointment. *weights of boxes containing stock bones will vary & total weight is therefore approximate.

We have introduced the winter warmer box to take you through the colder months. Full of cuts that are ideal for slow cooking to beat the chill it is also a low cost option.
