The Extras List has been introduced to enable our meat box customers to add favourite items to their box order and to give more choice and variety. You may, if you wish, order only from the extras list on the sole condition that your total order exceeds £45.00. The list includes luxury cuts and roasting joints, including our superb 21 day hung organic beef; organic chicken; breakfast and freezer items; and a wide variety of our own Riverford sausages and burgers. From our full flavoured and utterly tender organic sirloin, a king of roasts, to whole juicy leg of lamb, and the finest organic pork from Hampshires and rare breed Berkshire pigs, there is much to satisfy the Sunday family gathering. And for a right British breakfast, our bacon - of which we are rightfully proud - is dry cured in the traditional way for a 'not too salty' but fantastic bacon taste. Nitrate-free bacon is our latest cure, and we hope you'll be as impressed with the results as we are - we have been curing bacon for twenty five years!
